- If you authenticate and your session times out, you are repeated redirected to the ADFS page but authentication fails silently (the page refreshes).
- After installation of Office apps on OSX, the installer asks for 1) a product key, 2) sign into existing account, or 3) try for free. Signing in with tufts email/password or utln/password doesn't appear to work. Solution ? is to sign in with your utln@tufts.edu instead of first.last@tufts.edu. (Jess)

- OWA is using ADFS (sso365.tufts.edu) similar to Tufts.Box.com. The web browser MUST be closed in order to log out from o365 Services
