To add additional drivers for new hardware, follow the directions below.

Dell

  1. Go to http://wwwen.community.dell.com/supporttechcenter/driversenterprise-client/usw/en/19/DriversHome/ShowProductSelector?fkey=Drivers_PS
  2. Select the model computer for which you need the drivers
  3. Scroll down the list of available drivers to "System management", and download the .cab file - example - T3600 Win7 Driver Cab Packwiki/2065.dell-driver-cab-files-for-enterprise-client-os-deployment.aspx
  4. Select your model and OS from the list on the right
  5. Select "Download Now" on the next page
  6. Unarchive the .cab file, and place the content of the file in the appropriate \\titan\ldeskpackages$\Drivers\Dell\ folder
