Issue: From approximately 6:45 PM 9/12/2023 until 8:30 AM 9/13/2023, files sent from the CAS API to Slate via SFTP were not delivered due to a firewall issue.
Resolution steps:
Identified skipped/missed files via the error reports sent to tts-slate-team@tufts.edu. Three subscriptions were affected, all In Progress subscriptions for PTCAS.
Executed replay for each subscription:
