Clients using old LANDesk Agents

The LANDesk 9.0 Console was sucessfully decommissioned however there may still be machines on campus that are still pointing to the old server that never moved due to being offline, offcampus or issues with LANDesk Agent installation.

A CNAME of the old LANDesk core server (tftmvmldskcore.tufts.ad.tufts.edu) was put in place so that all remaining old clients will report to the new LANDesk 9.5 core however they will unable to be remove controlled.

For clients that did not properly update to LANDesk 9.5 SP1 Agent there is a query in LANDesk under Public queries > TTS > Old LANDesk Agents

These clients are still pointing to the old LANDesk Core server and will need to be manually updated by IT groups on campus.
