I'm already on Exchange, but I received an email about migration. Will anything change? Will I need to do anything?
A:
For clients using PC's who are already on Exchange, the login script will automatically take care of any updates, and no additional computer support should be necessary.
If clients are still using Office 2003, they should be strongly encouraged to upgrade to 2007 for greater functionality.
The webmail address will change from https://outlook.web.tufts.edu to https://exchange.tufts.edu, and the web interface will change with this migration.
Mobile devices will need to be reconfigured to reflect this change by removing and re-adding accounts with the exchange.tufts.edu information.
