If you are trying to provision a machine, and there is no available PXE server on the subnet, you can create bootable media to boot the machine and connect to the Landesk core server.

Go to \\titan\ldeskpackages$\Landesk Tools

Copy MakeBootMedia.exe locally on your machine.

Right click and execute as Administrator

Even if you run as local admin, the executable will fail to create the USB media, and will give you error message "Failed to create boot media"

Point the executable to the proper Landesk core server (Ssvmldeskcore.tufts.ad.tufts.edu), choose media you want to create.

For USB, use devices with smaller sizes - 2 to 8GB
