There are several LANDesk Agents available with different configurations on the Public software share.
Windows Agents: \\titan\software$\Public\LANDesk Agents\90_SP3
- Tufts_90_SP3_Default_3-27-2012.exe
- Default Agent: Requires permissions before allowing remote control
- Tufts_90_SP3_NoPerm_3-27-2012.exe
- No Permissions Agent: No permissions required for remote control. Useful for Labs or Public Machines
Mac Agents: smb://titan.tccs.tufts.edu/software$/Public/Landesk Agents/
- Tufts_90_SP3_MAC_Default_3-27-2012.mpkg.zip
- Default Agent: Requires permissions before allowing remote control

Users without Administrator rights on their computers who would like the LANDesk Agent installed should contact UITSC@tufts.edu or their respective IT Support Organization.

There Agents can also be pulled directly from the LANDesk server via the AdvanceAgent folder: \\tftmvmldskcore\ldlogon\AdvanceAgent (file://\\tftmvmldskcore\ldlogon\AdvanceAgent)
