The shift from faculty interviews to the 6-person committee review process for incoming 2025 has significantly shifted the levels of permissions required.
The difference between “first readers” (Admissions staff, + a few outside readers) and the new committee reviewers is now nothing but timing.

Do they ever need access to any bins other than First Read, DVM and the Interview column? Do they need to be able to move application between any of these folders? They just need to send apps to the DVM bin from the first read bin on the read sheet in the reader.
