Problem:
In Outlook 2003, users occasionally get the following notification:
Solution:
This notification occurs any time the Exchange server takes a longer-than-usual amount of time to respond, and only occurs in 2003. Upgrading to 2007 (as is highly recommended) fixes the problem.
