Clicking Send/Receive Mail in Outlook produces the following error:

The cause and fix are currently being worked on.
This error does not appear to actually affect sending and receiving mail, and is actually related to the Offline Address Book (OAB) which allows users to access the GAL and other address lists. Outlook Cached Mode uses the OAB by default, and updates it once daily.
It looks like the actual root of the issue will need to be fixed on the server side, but to remove the error message for clients, click the drop-down arrow next to Send/Receive in Outlook and click on "Define Send/Receive Groups." In the box that pops up, double click on "All Accounts" and uncheck "Download offline address book."
