Maintenance Window
The LANDesk maintenance window occurs every Tuesday night from 9PM to 1AM. During this time there is a possiblity that the LANDesk servers (TFTMVMLDSKCORE, TFTMVMLDSKDB, TFTMVMLDSKTST) may be temporarily brought offline for scheduled updates or routine maintenance.
Computers with LANDesk agents that are connected to the TFTMVMLDSKCORE will be unavailable to report back to LANDesk or run policy or schedule-based tasks during this time.
Scheduled Update and Release Cycle
Service Packs and Hot Fixes will be evaluated based on their severity or client impact and will be applied on a 180 day (6 month) release cycle. In the event an update addresses a critical bug or requested feature enhancement it may be applied sooner if the need arises.
