Use these steps to map an o365 account into Outlook 2011
Process
- Make sure you are using Outlook 2011
- Fill in the user information fields. Make sure to note that the username must be in the format of utln@tufts.edu
- For Autodetect, you must trust the Microsoft server that the account is redirected to. It is recommended you permanently trust this
- Confirm the server settings are identical to the below photos
- https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx is the full server value
