Uninstalling Network connect for Mac OS

To uninstall Network Connect on Mac OS X, do the following:

  1. Log in to WebVPN at https://vpn.tufts.edu
  2. Click Preferences on the menu bar.
  3. Click Applications....
  4. Click Uninstall

    OR

  1. Launch the Network Connect
  2. Click Uninstall Network Connect....
  3. Click Uninstall and Quit.

    If you attempt to remove the Network Connect application by dragging it to the Trash on Mac OS X, you will be unable to reinstall it through WebVPN. Instead, you will get the error, "Failed to launch Network Connect."
