Changing password errors

Either the password is too short or password uniqueness restrictions have not been met.

This is just a matter of not following the Tufts complex password standards listed on this page. The ones that seem to throw folks off the most are not being allowed to use the previous five passwords, and that passwords cannot contain parts of your account name or your full name that exceed two consecutive characters.

Error number: 5

Make sure they are putting their UTLN after tufts\' in the account field.

Invalid username or password

Beyond the obvious, this issue can also occur if in the account field the user deleted the 'tufts\' in the account field.
