I have no link on my wired network connection - can you help me?
For these types of problems where you have no physical connectivity - you will need to engage Datacom Services at 7-5945 to get a technician dispatched. They can then work with us to see what the problem with the network port is. If a switch, hub or other networking device was plugged in, it may have shut the port down for security reasons.
My machine or device has been compromised by a virus - help!

I am having problems connecting to the network or having really slow connection problems
We can help to try to diagnose the problems but you should first contact your FSP for assistance. With the assistance of your FSP, please provide the following info:
- MAC address of your network card
- Jack ID on the wall you are plugging into
- Time/Date the problem started happening
- All network applications or only certain ones
- Any other information that might be of help
I need a DNS alias for a host directly off the tufts.edu domain - can you help me out?
While we can assist in the creation of DNS aliases for hosts under tufts.edu, we need the approval of Web Communications first
