Summary of Major Changes

Combine the separate questions on race and ethnicity into a single combined race and ethnicity question

Add MENA as a new minimum reporting category distinct from all other reporting categories. Revise the definition for the White category to remove references to MENA, and classify and tabulate MENA responses under the new MENA category
