Overview

Operating System Deployment (OSD) is a group a several features designed to deploy or capture images for computers.

OSD consists of 4 major components to assist with building and configuring devices:

• OSD
• Hardware Independent Imaging (HII)
• Provisioning
• Profile migration (USMT)
