Incoming international students need to complete the I-20 process, which is managed by the International Center. Neriliz Soto Gonzalez is the primary contact for the graduate schools.

When international students are admitted, they receive an automated communication through Slate directing them on how to begin the I-20 process and connecting them with the International Center. The International Center pulls lists of these students from each instance with which to populate their system; the queries themselves are as follows:

TUSMGP:

GradHlthSci:

Vet: https://vet.admissions.tufts.edu/manage/query/query?id=98844bf9-cab3-4bb2-877c-c402c8cf2470 Admin/International folder

Currently Vet is the only one set up as a CJ. In order to build the others as CJs, will requires sending out new links; will wait to change over the process until Neriliz is back.

All IC users have direct access to the query only: there are no specific permissions set up on the Permissions tab.

Neriliz will be on maternity leave beginning in January 2024. While she is away, this process will be managed by Whitney Sullivan and Heather Varnet. Both of people have been added to the reports in TUSMGP, Vet, and GradHlthSci.
