Introduction
ArcGIS is a complete system for designing and managing solutions through the application of geographic knowledge. ArcGIS Desktop is currently installed in JH105 and JH108 as part of the software package for Nutrition Student Lounge. Here are some of the capabilities of the software:

Packaging
Package for ArcGIS exist in Landesk. (under OIT public) We currently install only ArcGIS Desktop 10.1.
The landesk package uses an archive file and bat script to guide the installation. The bat file contains uninstall options for previous version being installed, and can be modified to include more options.
