Problem:
Some users who migrated from Exchange to Exchange received duplicate emails.
Solution:
For migration, USG adds all users to the split delivery file, which should only actually affect Trumpeter to Exchange migrations.
The problem was caused by mail routing set to UTLN@trumpter-store.tufts.edu, and then forwarding to UTLN@exchange.tufts.edu for Exchange 2003 users.
Changing the routing address to UTLN@exchange.tufts.edu fixes the problem.
