You should have LD90-SP3-CP_RC-2012-0605 & LD90-SP3-CP_BASE-2012-0605 installed.
Extract both of these to your local computer and run the setup.exe for each patch. They are available in \\titan\ldeskpackages$\LANDesk9Console\Updates (file:///\\titan\ldeskpackages$\LANDesk9Console\Updates)
You can also verify what patches your LANDesk console currently has installed by launching the LANDesk Management Suite
Click > Help > About LANDesk Management Suite
Click > More Info...
Verify that your console has the following patches listed:
