  • Mobile Device Configured
  • Calendar Sharing/Delegations reconfigured?
  • Verify they can log into OWA (https://exchange.tufts.edu) and bookmark site for them
  • Open go.tufts.edu/infoexchange for the user and bookmark
  • Filter rules recreated?
  • LDAP Configured (Entourage 2008ews, Mac Mail, Thunderbird)

    • search base "dc=tufts, dc=edu"
  • GAL Lookup Configured (tftmdc1p.tufts.ad.tufts.edu) (Entourage EWS)
  • Junk Mail turned off (Outlook, Entourage)
  • Auto Archive turned off (Outlook, Entourage)
  • In Outlook: Addressbook Ordering (Contacts > LDAP > GAL)
  • Any old trumpeter group accounts that need to be manually mapped in outlook?

    • password (enterprise authentication)
  • Verify mail delivery/send on client, owa and mobile device.
