Compared to TUH, more queries, fewer reports; fewer quick queries; the webservices queries for the Dashboard skew the numbers quite a bit. Are using more subquery filters that are not part of the library. Has homepage reports which are a rebuild priority.

p. 4 Those [dashboard reports] should be the priority to migrate, along with a template report for KPIs, which could then be cloned and updated for the program subsets as needed. Check on KPI Need? F******. I did not build on a CJ base!

p. 8 not using

p. 11 race/ethnicity-yay, not working!

p. 12 unused fields query (https://gradhlthsci.admissions.tufts.edu/manage/query/query?id=823b70d3-cf04-4a6d-b558-ef76fbbb3b92) is spectacular!!!!

p. 13 when will we get the ability to batch (anything) reports? Why is the so much harder?

p. 14 Laura (or me!) scared the crap out of me with her Fa 2024 DPT-SEA Application Funnel, which is actually already converted over tp GSBS programs, but the title hasn't been changed and the folder is useless

p. 15 custom portals to accommodate interview scheduling and program ranking processes

p. 16 Person by Population and Application by Population query bases to replace the program-centered ones

*when I attempted to do this previously, I got tangled in a permissions nightmare, and it was just easier to build out specific queries for each group.

need query permission, and query by population [set up on the population tab], with indiv populations for each program, both application and person

p. 10 Undergraduate School is a continued bugaboo for us. Vet solves this problem by asking students to check a box for their ‘primary’ UG and G school, which is what happens within the VMCAS application. I am wondering if this is the direction we want to go across the board?

do CASPA, PTCAS, SOPHAS ask for primary school?

[conversation about service accounts: think about this as a way to future-proof/label the rules or jobs....think on this-- avoids problem of someone doing a deliver mailing to a specific program, but if their populations change, if their name is on the mailing, who gets the mailings will change!]
