Even though Jabber Video now uses your Tufts password, accounts still need to be created. If a user is unable to log to Jabber Video, email TTS at it@tufts.edu or create them a ticket in Techconnect for the creation of a movi Jabber Video account. Please include the UTLN of the user who needs the account. Access to Jabber video is controlled through the videoconfusers security group.
Desktop Applications
The official recommended client is currently Cisco Jabber Video 4.57, although previous versions 4.1, 4.2, 6 and 4.3 5 are still supported.

The windows package removes previously installed versions of Movi 4.1 and later Jabber although the mac package does not.

Mobile Applications
There are currently no supported Mobile (iOS or Android) applications although support for the official Cisco Jabber Video app should be available soonThe Jabber Video for iPad is now officially supported. It uses the same video settings as the desktop client which are outlined above. There are instructions for end users (or IT staff) available on the training website (soon) and attached here.
