Tufts Projects is TuftsProjects is a university-wide Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system designed to assist members of the Tufts community with planning, approving, and tracking projects and resources. Tufts Projects TuftsProjects can assist with prioritizing projects, determining what resources are required to deliver them, and communicating progress to stakeholders more efficiently.

- “Real-time” visibility on project status, issues and risks via an automated dashboard
- Ability to gather data and share updates on ongoing projects more efficiently
