Configure Scan to Email on Konica Minolta Bizhubs

Network Tab > Email Settings

> Email TX (SMTP)

• Configuring Email TX (SMTP) allows users to be able email attachments in the form of PDFs.
• Disable Scan to Email if you do not want users to be able to email documents.
• Either the hostname or IP address smtp.tufts.edu of the Tufts SMTP server can be used server  in "SMTP Server Settings" textbox. Enable "Please check to enter hostname" if you use the DNS name.
• Use of DNS name requires the proper DNS and WINS configuration setup in the TCP/IP configuration. If you're using BlueCat Proteus to assign a DHCP Reversation this DHCP Reservation this information should automatically be populated for you.

Note: The configuration displayed here is using unauthenicated SMTPusing unauthenticated SMTP. In the future, you may be required to enable authenicated SMTP enable authenticated SMTP before sending email from the SMTP server. As of the writing of this, it is not required.

Add Users to Address Book

1. Select "Store Address" tab

2. Select "New Registration" to add to Address Book List

3. Select "Email" for New Registration

4. Type Name, E-Mail Address and Check "Main" then click "OK"
