Overview
The UIT TTS print server is only used for UIT TTS supported printers and UIT TTS supported computers. Printers that are not supported by UIT TTS will not be added to the UIT TTS print server.
The server itself is hosted by ESS (UITTTS) but the service is managed by UITSCTTS CSS.

Maintenance Window

Any service changes by UITSC will be made within the same windows detailed above.

Adding a network printer to the UIT print server.
Email uitsc@tufts.edu or create a ticket in ITSM and assign it to the UIT Technology Services queue.
Include the DNS name, model number, and room and building location of the printer. Please make sure the printer is powered on and connected to the network before requesting it be added.?
Known Issues
Jobs with file names longer than 255 characters hang and do not print.
