How can I make Entourage send and receive mail more often than every 10 minutes?

h2. A:

In Entourage, go to "Tools" > "Run Schedule" > "Edit Schedules." Double click on the "Send & Receive All" schedule. 

Here, you can change the number of minutes, to a minimum of 1. 

You can also use Edit Schedules to create and modify other regular tasks that you want Entourage to perform.
