DHCP changes entered via hostreg https://ipam.net.tufts.edu/admin are applied at 20 minutes and 50 minutes of each hour (1:20, 1:50, 2:20, 2:50, etc). New registrations via https://portal.net.tufts.edu or https://hostreg.net.tufts.edu are processed immediately.
