Packaging
Package for ArcGIS exist in Landesk. (under OIT public) We currently install only ArcGIS Desktop 10.1.
The landesk package uses an archive file and bat script to guide the installation. The bat file contains uninstall options for previous version being installed, and can be modified to include more options.

Issues have been reported with Win 7 on Optiplex 745, and Optiplex 980 ..(located at: \\titan\ldeskpackages$\Medical\Testing\OIT TEAM)
