There are four options available within the Proofpoint End User Digest and Quarantine
- The View option allows client to read email with Proofpoint's protection, to determine whether it is spam
- The Release option sends the email into the client's Inbox
- The Safelist option identifies the sender of the message as a safe sender and no longer quarantines messages from that address
- The Not Spam option releases the email into client's Inbox, and sends notification so that subsequent similar messages will not be filtered out as spam.
