For all new alias requests, the alias should be set to deliver to first.last@tufts.edu, _not_ to UTLN@trumpter-store.tufts.edu.

With the Exchange migrations, we'll want alias delivery to hit the mail gateway (first.last) and route properly to Exchange -- rather than deliver directly to Trumpeter.
