University Communications and Marketing and Communications have set up dashboards to track various metrics around admissions marketing for GSAS & Grad Engineering.
Sananda Ghatak is doing the same thing for Nutrition & started building these for Nutrition & Vet in 2023, TUSMGP in 2024, and on 7/12/2024 Fletcher requested one.

The Fletcher request has pushed us to recognize that we cannot build each of these databases as a one-off, but that they are all part of a greater “complex project” of Enrollment Analytics. The dashboard itself is a deliverable; there are multiple deliverables within this project, they cross many units within Tufts, and there is a continuous feedback loop as we refine the process for this individual deliverable, but also revisit previous deliverables for Nutrition and Vet. |
