Overview
In order to use your Blackberry Smart phone with the Blackberry Enterprise Service, you will may need to modify your service plan based upon the Wireless carrier you use. For carrier specific details, see below. It is generally best to issue the plan change
Procedure
Any of these plans can be modified on the website by logging in with your Service Carrier login and password, or by calling customer support and speaking with one of the Account Representatives.
Sprint
- Visit the sprint website, and log in to your account.
- Scroll down after logging in until you see your blackberry.
- To the right, there is a menu that is titled I Want To.., select Change My Services
- The Addon you will need to purchase is the Blackberry Enterprise (BES) Addon, it costs $20 a month on top of your normal data plan.
T-Mobile

AT&T
Please ensure you have an unlimited data plan for AT&T, otherwise you may incur heavy data fees for using the BES
