Restores for NFS shares on the HPC cluster

Users can access their snapshots via

Information required to process a restore share from TTS :

  • System name: Server name ex. titan
  • Drive Letter: (if they do not know this leave blank)
  • Exact Path name: copy the path of where the file needing to be restored is located
  • Restore files as of this date: the date which the last known good file was
  • Restore Destination: custom - only if the client wants the restore in a new location
