*Configuring Email TX (SMTP) allows users to be able email attachments in the form of PDFs
*Disable Scan to Email if you do not want users to be able to email documents
*Either the hostname or IP address of the Tufts SMTP server can be used in "SMTP Server Settings" textbox. Enabled "Please check to enter hostname" if you use the DNS name
*Use of DNS name requires the proper DNS and WINS configuration setup in the TCP/IP configuration. If you're using BlueCat to assign a DHCP Reversation, this information should automatically be populated for you.
