Checking Quota Use

- First verify that they are nearing quota by checking using the steps above.
- After locating the user in Tufts Tools, change the value in the Exchange Mailbox Quota drop-down
- Click "Update" at the bottom of the page.Try to avoid increasing the quota more than 500MB at once unless absolutely necessary.
