Allows Tufts to rapidly send an alert to community members during crisis and/or emergency situation. May be activated by University Police during a significant emergency or dangerous situation involving an immediate threat to the health or safety of the Tufts community.

Users can login as soon as they have valid LDAP credentials and an email address stored in LDAP.
