Although SHI is the Preferred Supplier, it is not linked to the [Tufts Marketplace|https://tufts.orgsupply.net/], making it extremely difficult for clients to order software from them. Before placing an order with SHI, the client either needs to obtain a username and password from SHI or call Barbara West to obtain a quote, which can then be ordered with a purchasing card. |
