In some circumstances, email sent from outside of Tufts (i.e. Gmail) may bounce temporarily to the new email mailbox. We're aligning the synchronization steps for both the Tufts and Microsoft environments to minimize these bounces, but at times it can persist for up to an hour if the time of registration is at the furthest end of synchronization.
