BizCarta implemented and designed the current LANDesk Management Suite 9.0 Environmental0 Environment. During this time we also switched from a perpetual license model to an FTE fullto full-time equivalent (FTE) enrollment . licensing model that covers 15,905 nodes (Faculty/Staff/Students) and also licensed the LANDesk Security Suite which includes the Patch and Compliance module. Unfortunately under the FTE license model we lost unlimited call support and had purchase separate incident packs for LANDesk support. Our current LANDesk licensing is up for renewal/expires on 7/23/2012
