Goal: Make sure current Readers cannot access previous year’s applications
I believe this is currently true; these individuals do not have access beyond the Reader.
[next action: test ability to see/review previous apps through upper left box in Reader]
set up spreadsheet of all Slate permissions
RR has been given a spreadsheet of all users to review and classify; with that list we can see what the categories are, and go from there.
update: First Read Only permission required for everyone on the first read committee so they can see the Review forms in the Reader. The shift from faculty interviews to the 6-person committee review process for incoming 2025 has significantly shifted the levels of permissions required.
The difference between “first readers” (Admissions staff, + a few outside readers) and the new committee reviewers is now nothing but timing.
Custom Permission:
First Read Only
Roles:
Faculty/Alum First Reader

First Read Only Custom Permission
Vet Admissions Director
Program Admin
Admissions Staff (would be new? do we need it?)
That tab in Reader is First Read Only controlled; what other objects are FRO?
Administrative Support
Admissions Director
Admissions Officers
Temporary first readers
Do they ever need access to any bins other than First Read, DVM and the Interview column? Do they need to be able to move application between any of these folders? They just need to send apps to the DVM bin from the first read bin on the read sheet in the reader.
