Pull the field from WebAdmit (which has to be done anyway for all of the text fields to re-format for the line breaks '/n' issues)

License and Certifications (new for 2025!) was mapped, but does not have date. Also found type for group #83 was missing…and there were just 3. Added 11 more, so 14 in total are now available through the API (with dates!).
For both Awards/Honors/Scholarships to correct them I cleaned out the old data, and did the same download and upload process --those now seem fine.
Licenses and Certifications are a bit trickier, since I can't see how to get certifications the data out of WebAdmit, although Licenses are there. Asking Asked the Slate CAS group---, where I got nothing, and Liaison help desk has been less than helpful. I figured out I can build a flat csv report (where the exports show) for a single grouping (Licenses, or Certifications) save it, then change the type to .zip file and run the export without saving to get the one row per thing format the source formats use.
Note: In the past, these files have been cleaned before uploading; I just added filters in the portal to only show the item if it had a start date, and that seems to have weeded out the phantom rows.
Awards/Honors/Scholarships and Licenses/Certifications are all set in the source format going forward.
GPA Data

Although the data is not being immediately used, the Reader cutoff score does include the gpas. Grad schools will come over as 0.0 if there is no data, so those need to be adjusted to not blow up the formula.
